Digitale Transformation – Begleitung des Change

Digital transformation – accompanying the change

Buzzwords such as big data, AI and corporate influencers show this: The digital transformation is in full swing. Technical innovations are changing the way we obtain information and how we communicate. While some companies are already embracing this development and using it successfully, other companies are still in the middle of the digitalization process or are on the verge of change processes. How can communication be improved through agile working, what impact does this have on companies and what structures and skills need to be created and practiced? Digitalization is interpreted differently at management level. Many view the complex process, which is expanding in all departments from administration, IT and production through to customer service, with respect. A reluctance to get started and scepticism about the benefits of the impending digitalization are just two of the hurdles that a company has to overcome in this process.

Is this workshop right for you?

Are you a manager or decision-maker in the company? Are you tasked with making your corporate communication and channels fit for a contemporary, future-oriented approach in times of VUCA?

What does the workshop teach?

The training is individually tailored by our trainers to the needs of your company. The following content can be covered, for example:

  • Design thinking and agile project management with basic features of SCRUM – applied to business processes
  • Big data (framework conditions, technical requirements, advantages and consequences for sales, marketing and customer service): This could also be implemented in conjunction with an IT consultant, as we could then also touch on sourcing and production.
  • Current technological trends (today and in the future): Chatbots, AI, cloud, VR+AR etc.

How much time do I need to invest?

Ideally, one day of 8 hours including a break is scheduled for this. If required, however, the training can also be shortened to a concentrated half-day training or extended to an extensive two-day seminar.

How many people is the workshop designed for?

Experience has shown that a good group size is a maximum of 10 people. However, if desired, the training can also be organized in small groups or on a large scale.
