Wie implementiere ich diesen auf welchen Kan\u00e4len?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Wie viel Zeit muss ich in den Customer Journey Workshop investieren?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Idealerweise einen halben Tag, bei Bedarf kann das Training aber auch auf eine konzentrierte 3-Stunden-Version gek\u00fcrzt oder auf ein ausf\u00fchrliches Ganztagestraining ausgeweitet werden.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>F\u00fcr wie viele Personen ist der Workshop ausgelegt?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Eine gute Gruppengr\u00f6\u00dfe ist erfahrungsgem\u00e4\u00df eine Anzahl von maximal 10 Personen.
